Hey all! Okay, so there's this new talking computer program called the HAL program which I heard about recently. All it is is this device similar to a memory stick in size that can be connected to ANY computer without voice, and then it talkes. For example, if I were to take it to the library or something, I could use one of those book-search computers without asking for help! It allows you to have access to any computer! It's awesome!

My vision teacher heard it from this one technology guy at Freedom Scientific or something. I don't have one yet but I'll probably order one because they're so awesome!

OK. I think I found the company that makes it. It's the Dolphin Group, and the webpage is http://www.dolphinuk.co.uk. Well, that's supposedly the manufacturer I think, but I found the info about the HAL program on another website. It's http://www.cnib.ca/tech_aids/screenreaders/hal.htm.
